For the past twenty years Chef Omar Derkaoui has been cooking up creative and delicious Moroccan, French, and American inspired dishes. Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Chef Omar’s love for the culinary arts began in the kitchen of his grandmother by watching her prepare diverse dishes. This helped him develop an interest and passion for cooking. Chef Omar realized early on what he was gifted at, so with determination and passion he earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management. With his passion and masterful skill, Chef Omar ensures that each dining experience is memorable by exciting all five senses.
